AMBASSADOR21 @ Night On Earth + Katabar, Paris/France, 16-18.10.2004

This time, we get really «underground». Ambassador21, one the finest, Digital Hardcore duo in the world is playing in some “trotskyst Squatt”, somewhere in Paris, near Charenton le Pont. The place is a complex of small caves on several levels. 24 bands or D.J, crowed with various people, students, punks, political hardcore, freaks and riot girls. Tribes, techno, ragga, rock, a lot of bands as Mourmansk 150, Desecretor, Boulez Republic Grand Ensemble, La glace a la Viande, Ripit and so many more.
But I came just for Alex and Natalia. A very intense set. Natalia a belorussian blonde is beyond the sexy stereotype of the female singer. She is a pure block of anger and concentred agression. She sings and screams among the crazy robotic electro gogo-dancers.
As great as ATR and Miss Helias.
They play some DOA titles, and a very complex and rich digital Hardcore. Alex and Natalia realy feel their music from the inside and give the audience everything they have to give. The girls took the power of the pit tonight and some jump into the pogo to kill everything that move. The girls have won and the revolution is next to come. I saw them the day after in the Katabar, place Blanche. The “gothic” pub for the “non-gothic”. Not so many people, but they delivered another great gig. Natalia for president!
